Police said a man was fatally struck by a vehicle on U.S. 80 in Mesquite Monday morning.
Mesquite police said they responded to a call about the collision on the ramp from Big Town Boulevard to eastbound U.S. 80 at about 2:15 a.m.
Investigators said the man was trying to cross the ramp when he was struck by a vehicle entering the highway. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further details have been released.
