Jury Deliberates Lawsuit Against Episcopal School of Dallas

Jurors are deliberating for a second day in a civil case against the Episcopal School of Dallas.

The school is being sued by the parents of a former student who had a sexual relationship with a teacher, Nathan Campbell, who was 34 at the time.

The former student, known in court documents as "Jane Doe," was a 16 year-old sophomore at the time and was forced to leave the school when the relationship was discovered.

Her parents are seeking millions of dollars in damages.

The suit alleges that the school did not do enough to protect their daughter from a sexual relationship with Campbell.

Campbell is awaiting trial on criminal charges of sexual assault of a child and improper relationship with a student.

The school maintains they did everything they could to prevent the relationship. The school has said asking the student to leave the school was in her best interest.
