A patriotic display that sat on a front lawn in The Colony will now have a permanent home at The Colony Government Center on Main Street.
The display on Tim Hall's lawn drew attention from people all across the country.
"It's a blessing… it's a true blessing. It gives me more pride to know that people care about our veterans, first responders, anybody in the line of service," Hall said.
The display is a metal replica of the Iwo Jima flag-raising moment from WWII.
Hall decided to donate the display to the city of The Colony -- the city council approved the donation.
At an installation ceremony on Monday, veterans and first responders put the final signatures on the display.
Don Graves, a North Texas veteran who was at the battle of Iwo Jima, signed it.

"I almost broke down crying. I never thought… can you imagine being there and fighting that battle and then imagine signing this?" Graves said.
Graves' name sits at the highest point of the display.
Viewing times for the public are still being decided, but the display will be open to the public at 6301 Main Street.
