Irving Police Charge Woman, 55, in Fatal Stabbing

Police said they arrested a woman Thursday responsible for killing a woman in Irving Dec. 3.

Irving Police Department officials said they arrested 55-year-old Eileen Frances North in connection with the fatal stabbing of 60-year-old Rosemary Milazzo.

Officers went to Milazzo's home in the 2400 block of West 11th Street to perform a welfare check and found Milazzo dead from multiple stab wounds, authorities said.

Police said the investigation led them to North, who they arrested and charged with murder. North is being held in the Irving jail and her bond has been set at $1 million.

Milazzo's friends and family told NBC 5 that she was a loving mother and had no enemies.
