Houston police are looking for a vandal seen lighting an object on fire while breaking into a car and then the flames spread to his clothing.
KPRC-TV reports security video captured Monday's fiery incident outside a residence.
The video shows the man setting an item on fire, putting the flaming object down and then he tries to smash the car window with what appears to be a brick. The video shows the man stepping on the burning item, which engulfs the car in flames as he runs away. The vandal's pant leg is on fire.
KPRC reports arson investigators have joined the police swindle squad in reviewing the case.
