A family of three has died in a house fire in Houston.
Firefighters had trouble getting into the one-story wood-frame house because all windows had burglar bars on them. Once inside, firefighters found a mother, father and 2-year-old girl.
The father, who was trapped inside the home, died at the scene. The mother and daughter died at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
Their identities have not been released.
The Friday night blaze remains under investigation.
