Trucks will roll out Thursday night in Highland Park to spray for mosquitoes.
The area has not had a positive West Nile test, but mosquito populations are rising in the city. The spraying is more of a precaution.
Trucks will hit the road at 8 p.m., targeting the Highland Park Pool area and unoccupied tennis courts and again at 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. spraying throughout town.
Highland Park residents are advised to remain inside and protect pets during the spray times. Pet water dishes left outside should be cleaned after the spraying.
