A neighborhood association in Dallas has a warning for women.
Surveillance video shows a woman jogging on Glencoe Street in Vickery Place on Sunday, when someone noticed a man following slowly behind her in his car, according to the Lower Greenville Neighborhood Association.
He reportedly had his shorts around his knees and was performing what was described as an "obscene act."
"This is one of the safer neighborhoods in Dallas and it's very shocking that someone would be doing this in broad daylight," resident Mark Rieves said.
The individual is described as a heavy set, middle-aged black male who was wearing green shorts. He was driving a gray Ford Focus or a similar looking vehicle with Texas license plates FSM-2675.
The incident has been reported to police, who confirmed to NBC 5 that they have since increased patrols in the area.
