Police say gunfire at a Central Texas house has left a man dead and a girl hurt after she was grazed by bullets.
Waco police say the incident happened before dawn Friday.
Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton says officers arrived at the home to find one man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a Waco hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Swanton says a female child was grazed by bullets. Police didn't immediately release her age or provide details on her injuries.
Police did not say whether anyone was being sought in the attack. Names of the man and the girl weren't immediately released.
