Firefighters battled a grassfire not far from the Fort Worth Nature Center on Thursday afternoon.
The fire burned a parcel of land along the 10400-block of Jacksboro Highway.
The land is used by the Fort Worth Police Department for training and several old vehicles reportedly caught fire during the blaze.
The property also contains an area that allows the Fort Worth Bomb Squad to practice ordnance disposal, but that area was not impacted by the fire.
No structures were impacted and there have been no injuries reported.
