Grand Prairie police say they found a missing 75-year-old woman Monday night.
Sunday night police issued a Silver Alert for Delphine Jones after she was reported missing.
Monday officers said a resident of the Timber Oaks apartments returned home and found that Jones had walked into the unlocked apartment.
Police said Jones, who suffers from dementia, was unaware that she was in the wrong home.
