Police in Garland are looking into the death of an elderly woman.
Police information officer Joe Harn told NBC 5 the body was discovered inside of a home in the 6200 block of Lennox Lane around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The department is treating the death as a homicide.
Release of the victim's name is pending next of kin notification.
