Frisco police say they arrested a shoplifting suspect after a hit and run.
Police said they received a shoplifting call at the JC Penney store in the 2600 block of Preston Road, but when officers responded the woman took off in a car.
Officers say 57-year-old Cassandra Timmons hit another car and a woman in the parking lot before speeding away. Officers chased Timmons and eventually took her into custody.
The 61-year-old woman who was hit was taken to the hospital, but there's no word on her injuries or condition.
