A fourth person suspected in a deadly home invasion has been arrested, police say.
Ashley Ware, 20, was arrested in Amarillo on Thursday on a capital murder charge in the death of 44-year-old Cecil Williams.
Williams was at his Dallas home on Nov. 5 when suspects knocked on his front door, pulled him out to the front porch and shot him.
They then entered the home, assaulted Williams' family and friends, robbed them and fled the scene, police said.
Last week, Equalyn Davis, 18, Obra London, 27 and an unnamed juvenile were all charged with capital murder, according to Maj. Max Geron with the Dallas Police Department.
