    Dallas police are asking the public’s help in finding the person involved in the shooting that left one man dead early Saturday morning.


    It happened on Atlanta Street near the Emerald City Bar and Grill along the 2500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

    A gay couple say they were the target of a homophobic slur, then attacked in downtown Austin, Texas.

    NBC 5 learned that 28-year-old, Johnny Williams and an unidentified woman were taken to the hospital where Williams later died. Two shooting victims arrived at the hospital by private vehicle.


    Police are still investigating.
