A person died in a Chrismas eve house fire in the city of Van Alstyne.
Crews say the intense fire burned two homes and damaged two nearby structures.
It took 30 firefighters from Van Alstyne and from several surrounding communities nearly 90 minutes to get the blaze under control.
The victim's remains were sent to the Dallas County Medical Examiner for identification and the exact cause of death.
The home's owner, Roy Lee Miller has not been seen since the fire was first reported.
