Missing Fort Worth Boy Found

A 10-year-old Fort Worth boy was found Tuesday afternoon after a daylong search.

One of Andy Arvizu's fourth-grade classmates brought the boy home at about 3:45 p.m. the classmate knew people were looking for him and rushed him home after he knocked on her door.

Officers were called to a home on the 2600 block of Gould Avenue at about 1:25 a.m. Tuesday. Arvizu was last seen playing across the street from his home at about 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Fort Worth police searched for the boy overnight using helicopters, officers on the ground and volunteers.

The boy was reportedly at his uncle's house since yesterday evening and did not notify any of his family members.
