Execution Set for Dallas Road Rage Killer

A former financial analyst with a history of disruptive behavior is set for execution for the road-rage shooting deaths of two truckers in the Dallas area 15 years ago.

Douglas Feldman faces lethal injection Wednesday evening in Huntsville.

Feldman was condemned for gunning down 36-year-old Robert Everett of Marshfield, Mo., and 62-year-old Nicholas Valesquez of the Dallas suburb of Irving.

Feldman, piloting a motorcycle, said Everett cut him off on a Dallas freeway so he pulled out a pistol and shot him. Still angry 45 minutes later, Feldman spotted Valesquez, a gasoline tanker driver filling a service station, and shot him.

While in prison, records show the 55-year-old Feldman has racked up 136 disciplinary cases.

He'd be the 11th Texas inmate executed this year.
