Investigators with the Dallas County Sheriff Department are searching for a man wanted in a deadly collision in November 2013.
Israel Moreira-Sorto, 26, is wanted on a charge of intoxication manslaughter.
Authorities said Moreira-Sorto was responsible for a chain-reaction crash on northbound Interstate 35E just south of Oak Lawn Avenue early in the morning of Nov. 16, 2013.
The crash killed Amanda Lizzio, who was outside her vehicle changing a flat tire at the time.
Moreira-Sorto was driving a white Toyota Celica and has been found at fault for the crash that caused Lizzio's death, investigators said.
Moreira-Sorto may have fled to El Salvador after the crash, and investigators are unsure if he has returned since.
