One person is in critical condition after an early morning accident in Fort Worth.
Police and rescue units responded to Lancaster Road and Riverside Drive early Saturday morning.
When they arrived they found a Hummer SUV overturned.
According to crews on the scene, it took about 40 minutes to extricate the driver from the vehicle.
Investigators determined the Hummer went off the bridge and landed about 30 feet below. The SUV landed on its side and then rolled onto its roof, according to police.
The driver was transported to the hospital in very critical condition.
