The head of a North Texas Christian day care was found not guilty of sexual assault of a child.
Cesar Najera-Zavala, the director of the Amiel Christian School, was accused of assaulting a girl at the day care and was arrested in May 2009.
Najera-Zavala was found not guilty of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 6 in October 2010.
His son, Adrian Najera, contacted NBC 5 and asked that the original story be updated.
