Dallas police said they closed Camp Wisdom Road just north of the University of North Texas Dallas campus after an officer was involved in a wreck Monday morning.
The wreck happened near the intersection of Camp Wisdom Road and University Hills Boulevard, police said, when the police car heading east on Camp Wisdom was struck by a Ford Fusion heading north. Police said the squad car flipped over.
Dallas Fire-Rescue officials said the officer was taken to Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas in good condition. The two people in the Ford were taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center in fair condition.
Police said they are still trying to determine who had the right of way.
