Police said John Richard Watson had last been seen walking on the 4300 block of Woodhollow Drive at about 2 a.m.
Watson was described as black, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 130 pounds with black and burgundy dreadlocks and brown eyes. Police said he was last seen wearing blue Nike shorts with a white stripe, black Nike sandals and a black sweater jacket with no shirt underneath.
Police said Watson is a danger to himself and others, but did not elaborate.
Dallas police asked anyone with information about Watson's disappearance call their Missing Persons Unit at 214-671-4268.
