Officers with the Dallas Police Department surrounded and arrested two men suspected of breaking into cars Friday.
According to police, officers were following two men when they ran into the Southwestern Women's Surgery Center.
The men, whose names were not released, were taken into custody a short time later.
The Dallas Police Department is expected to release more information Friday afternoon.
