Students in the Dallas Independent School District head back to school on Monday, but parents who have questions about the new school year can get answers now.
The district's parent hotline is open through Friday.
Parents can call 972-925-5555 between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to get answers about anything from school hours to shot records.
The hotline is available for both English and Spanish speakers.
A separate back-to-school hotline starts on Monday and runs through Sept. 1. The back-to-school hotline, also available for English and Spanish speakers, is at 972-925-5437.
