Dallas firefighters rescued a driver trapped in high water near White Rock Creek Monday morning.
Scanner chatter indicted the vehicle was swept away in the 4100 block of Lawnview Avenue near Military Parkway at about 7:20 a.m.
Firefighters rescued the driver by about 7:45 a.m.
