The Grand Prairie Police Department has issued a critical alert for a missing teen with a mental disability.
Brynisha Nichele Allen, 18, was last seen on May 3 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas wearing a brown and white floral dress. She stands 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She is believed to still be in the West Dallas area, where she has friends and family.
Allen has a mental disability that will cause her to become mute at times and she does not have any of her medications.
Officials said Allen is in immediate danger without medication.
