Rescue crews in Seagoville were called to save a driver from flood waters Saturday afternoon.

According to police, the driver was trying to cross a bridge and ignored warning signs and road blocks.

He was rescued from a tree near Malloy Bridge Road, police said.

The man was taken to a hospital as a precaution. No one else was inside the car.

So far, three people in North Texas have died as a result of high water on the roads.

Firefighters in Fort Worth are waiting for waters to recede before they can recover the body of a 70-year old woman whose car was swept away early Friday morning.
