Cockrell Hill police say they are searching for a felony escapee who may still be handcuffed.
Police posted on Twitter and Facebook that 17-year-old Fernando Mondragon ran from police and was last seen running east on Walker Street from Phinney Avenue.
Police said no one should try to capture Mondragon, instead call 911.
