The employee of a Dallas club was gunned down late Thursday night while working in the parking lot.
Police said the victim, Juan Soto, was the doorman at the La Esquina lounge.
Patrons discovered Soto lying in the parking lot at about 11 p.m.
He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Homicide investigators hope surveillance video reveals more about the shooting.
At this time, police have not revealed any suspects in the shooting.
