A Collin County grand jury returned an eight count criminal indictment against child counselor Ronald Hodgkiss on Wednesday.
The Frisco therapist is charge with sexually assaulting a teen-aged female patient he was counseling in August and September of 2011.
The indictment says Hodgkiss engaged in several sexual acts with the girl who was younger than 17 at the time of the incidents.
No trial date has been set.
Hodgkiss is allowed to see patients while on trial after an Austin judge lifted a suspension on his license in February.
