A child accidentally shot himself in the finger in Fort Worth early Saturday morning, police say.
According to police, the 7-year-old child stuck his hand under a mattress and accidentally shot himself inside a home on the 4900 block of Calumet Street.
The child's injury is not considered life-threatening.
Police have not said if they will file charges.
