A Williamson County grand jury has indicted a 70-year-old man for murder in the 1995 death of his wife at their Round Rock home.
William Foster had recently retired and was living in Sebring, Florida, when he was arrested earlier this week. He is accused of killing Donna Foster in a hot tub.
He was being held as of Friday in the Highlands County Jail in Florida. Online court and jail records didn't list an attorney for him.
The Williamson County district attorney in 1996 said his office found there was insufficient evidence to bring charges against William Foster.
But the county's current prosecutor released a statement Thursday, saying tests later showed Donna Foster had suspicious injuries consistent with being held underwater.
