According to police, two people broke into the Restaurant Depot in the 1170 block of Bridgewood Drive and refused to leave after officers surrounded the building at about 4:30 a.m.

Police arrested an armed man who ran away from the building. Officers believed one person was still inside the building.

SWAT officers used an armored car as protection as they closed in to open a front door. They were seen placing a speaker inside the building that could help communicate orders to the suspect.

Hours later, police have not yet said whether the suspect was captured.

A nearby Home Depot was evacuated as a precaution, police said.
