Investigators say a body found in a Central Texas cornfield has been identified as an 87-year-old man reported missing by his family.
The Travis County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday said autopsy results are pending on Antonio Barboa Perea but there's no evidence of foul play.
Searchers on Monday afternoon located Perea's body in a field near Austin.
Volunteers helped search for Perea, who turned up missing Sunday morning. Authorities say the elderly man suffered from dementia and apparently walked away from his family's home.
