Body Of Missing Woman Found In Arlington Park

Friends and family hoped for the best but were thinking the worst, when Tiffany Demus, 31, disappeared from her Mansfield home on November 23rd.

Demus was mentally and physically challenged and walked away from her home without  shoes and her prescription glasses.

Mansfield Police and friends and family began to search for her in an area near Mansfield and south Arlington but found nothing.

Demus spent much of her time at Mary's House, a non-profit day habilitation program for adults with disabilities. Her caregivers at Mary's House, Richard and Michelle Mills also helped in the search.

Soon a local biker club wanted to help.  The group organized a search party for Sunday, Nov. 28th. The group began to comb Webb Community Park, about 2 miles from Demus' home. Forty-five minutes into the search, 2 volunteers found Tiffany's body and alerted police.

Police are still investigating. Nearly 100 people attended a vigil for Demus Sunday night.
