Ball Python Abandoned by Pond: Police

Corinth police are trying to find the person who left a ball python near a city pond on Wednesday afternoon.[[340479852, R]]

On its Facebook page, the department said animal control got the call about the snake being left by the pond in the 3700 block of Corinth Parkway.

When the officer arrived, they found a glass aquarium with the snake inside.

Police said the snake appears to be a juvenile ball python, about 2 feet in length.
