Families and aspiring photographers from all over travel to the The Colony to get one-on-one time with Jessica Bookout, of The Lovely Fitzgerald Photography.
The International Association Of Professional Photographers lists her as the premier newborn photographer of North Texas, dubbing her the "baby whisperer."
Her images of newborns have been published online and in magazines worldwide.
"I like focusing on simply baby, but it's fun to create something really unique that parents wouldn't be able to do on their own," she says.
Her photo shoots take hours, as she delicately soothes and positions newborns, often times less than two weeks old, in her studio, kept at 98 degrees.
The work takes a sound machine, lots of "shooshing," bottles and pacifiers.
Mothers are typically asked to stay out of the room during the shoot.

Her style is focused on the baby, as she creates storybook-like images which are right on trend.
"Kind of taking away or stripping away some of the the props and really just focusing on the connections between mom and dad, siblings, and kind of not going for the typical poses, but really capturing that emotion."
Family pets are often photoshopped into the image, as well.
Parents say the results are breathtaking.
"Her work is more of almost like fairy tale. It's like babies are placed in some kind of other world and it's so perfect and just other world-like. It just doesn't look real," says client Jenny Satarino.
