Two men have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery and shooting at a Fort Worth subway restaurant, according to police.

Police said Jammie Lafavor, 21, and Nicos Franklin, 18, were charged with aggravated robbery in the Sept. 4 incident at the Subway on the northbound service road of East Loop 820, south of East Berry Street.

Investigators said the men threatened a restaurant employee with a gun. The men took an undisclosed amount of cash from the restaurant before running to a gray Nissan sedan, according to police.

When they noticed the Subway employee was watching them, they fired a shot, but missed, police said.

    No injuries were reported.

Detectives asked anyone with information on the incident to call 817-392-4469.
