Arlington Woman Killed in Domestic Disturbance

Arlington Police arrested one man after a domestic disturbance that killed a woman.

A police statement said the victim is in her 60s. She was discovered Saturday inside her apartment in the 400 block of E. Pioneer Parkway. 

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner has not released the woman's name or cause of death yet.

Shortly after arrival, officers arrested Liban Jama, a few blocks away from the location.  He could face a charge of murder. Arlington Police said bail was set at $150,000.

Police are looking for information leading up to the victim's death.  This is the second homicide in Arlington in 2012.
