Arlington police are asking for the public's help to find a man who placed a credit card skimmer on an ATM.
The ATM is located at a gas station in the 1400 block of N. Cooper St.
The man is in his early 20s, has a thin build and black hair. He was wearing a black shirt and gray jacket, khaki pants and black shoes.
