    Three-month-old Jamila Franklin was found safe late Thursday morning.

    A 3-month-old girl for whom an Amber Alert was issued Thursday morning has been located and is unharmed, police say.

    The 3-month-old, Jamila Franklin, and Aliyah Moore, 24, were found in the 2300 block of S. Taylor Street, Amarillo police said.

    Jamila Franklin was last seen previously at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Amarillo, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

    Authorities searched for Aliyah Moore, 24, in connection to Franklin's disappearance.

    Franklin has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a pink shirt and light blue shorts, according to DPS.

    Moore is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, authorities said. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a black muscle shirt.
