An American Airlines flight from DFW Airport to Seattle was diverted to Boise this afternoon after the pilot reported an engine out.
A spokeswoman for the Boise Airport told NBC affiliate KTVB-TV that the MD-80 aircraft with 141 passengers and crew onboard -- landed safely and without incident.
Those 141 passengers are now in the process of being rebooked on other airlines to get them to Seattle.
The spokeswoman told KTVB-TV American Airlines is flying another M-D-80 aircraft to Boise.
That plane will have parts and mechanics on board to fix the aircraft stranded in Boise.
American Airlines is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
