AT&T Stadium in Arlington was filled with a lot of hot air this weekend.
A total of 40 giant hot air balloons filled the vast indoor space of the heart of the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday afternoon. The event was an attempt to beat a 1989 World Record at Irving's Cowboys Stadium, which had 32 balloons tethered and inflated inside.
The world record attempt wasn't immediately deemed official, but it appeared to have beaten the 1992 record of 36 balloons squeezed into the Toronto Sky Dome.
