Police said three armed people robbed a Lancaster movie theater and assaulted an employee early Wednesday morning. [[389034852,C]]
Lancaster police said the three people ran into the Cinemark Movies 14 in the 3200 block of West Pleasant Run Road and robbed the theater.
The robbers then assaulted the theater manager, who police said was treated at the scene.
Dallas County Sheriff's deputies and SWAT officers cleared the building just before 2 a.m.
No shots were fired.
