Fort Worth Fire Department officials said they had to extricate a woman and her two children from a vehicle that crashed into a house Sunday morning.[[291276961,L]]
Authorities said the woman was driving her children through a neighborhood when she lost control and crashed into the home in the 4700 block of Poplar Ridge Drive.
Firefighters rescued the three from the vehicle and treated them for minor injuries at the scene.
Family members who were in the home at the time said the impact rattled the whole house.
"I was like shooken up and my mom didn't know what the noise was," Maame Effirin said. "She thought the roof was caving in."
No major injuries were reported in the crash.
