A 2.2 magnitude earthquake was reported in North Texas early Sunday morning according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake was centered four miles east-northeast of Irving, four miles west-southwest of University Park and four miles northwest of Dallas. According to the USGS, the quake hit at 5:43 a.m.
No injuries or damage were reported in this most recent quake. The last quake to hit North Texas was reported on April 18.
