Dallas police are investigating the deaths of two people whose bodies were found beaten in Pleasant Grove apartment Wednesday.
The victims, a man and a woman, were found inside an apartment on the 400-block of S. St. Augustine.
While the medical examiner has not ruled an official cause of death for the couple, investigators said preliminary findings indicate the couple was beaten to death.
The man has been identified as Artist Jordan, 49. The woman's identity will be revealed after her family has been notified. She was 62.
The Dallas Morning News reported the couple told neighbors that they had won $1,500 just the day before.
