    Lily Troung (L) and James McMilan (R) were arrested on the morning of Nov. 14 and are believed to be involved with the death of Godfrey Okoye, police say.

    Allen police say two people are in custody following a man's shooting death Sunday evening.

    Police said Godfrey Okoye, 19, and two friends were meeting with others at a shopping area on the 800 block of West Stacy Road for an alleged marijuana deal.

    During the transaction, an argument broke out over the payment and led to Okoye being shot, police said.

    Okoye's two friends rushed him to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, where he was pronounced deceased.

Born with half a heart, Hope suffered a stroke during open heart surgery that robbed her of the ability to speak.

    Police said they arrested Lily Truong, 18, of Garland, and James McMillan, 18, of McKinney. Their charges are pending, police said, and the investigation into the shooting continues.
