2 Arrested After Drug Bust in Dallas, More Than 10 Pounds of Marijuana Seized

Two people were arrested and 4,700 grams of marijuana were found during a Dallas drug bust

The Dallas Narcotics Unit made a drug bust that resulted in two arrests on Wednesday, Oct 9.

Detectives received a complaint regarding the sale of drugs at 2633 Lea Crest Drive. Undercover detectives began investigating to determine if drugs were being sold at the location.

Once detectives confirmed that drugs were being sold, they obtained a search warrant. Narcotics detectives and uniformed officers executed the search warrant on the evening of Oct. 9.

The drug bust resulted in the arrests of two individuals and the seizure of multiple firearms and marijuana products.

The items seized included close to 4,700 grams of marijuana, 50 THC cartridges, one Palmetto rifle with scope, one Smith and Wesson 9 mm handgun and one stolen Glock 9 mm handgun.
